We chose Raquel based on other customer reviews and we were not disappointed. The market at the time was very frustrating to say the least and she did her very best to field all our inquires which were very plentiful. We couldn't have asked for more in a realtor. We found Raquel after having issues with multiple other realtors, and we were very discouraged. I am a member of military that was transitioning from Hawaii to Florida, my wife and I was looking at a large number of homes to buy while we still lived in Hawaii. We found a home in the Brandon, FL area that had everything we wanted in a home. Raquel was the listed agent on the home; I called her from Hawaii and started the process of purchasing our new home in Florida seven months before we ever moved. Raquel was very receptive, polite, and understanding to the military way of life and knew how to make our transition from Hawaii to Florida very easy. Raquel prepared all the required paperwork, dealt with the Veterans Administration (VA) on our behalf and introduced us to a very helpful & knowledgeable banker that prepared all the financial paperwork for us. Raquel was accessible at all times of the day; there is a six hour time difference between Hawaii and Florida. The home we purchased was slated to go into foreclosure/short sale, however, Raquel was able to negotiate with the courts to not have this happen and have the previous owners come down to our price before purchasing the home. I have been looking for a home for more than 2 years. with the market that we are living in it was just not happening for me.
