His extensive construction background makes him an essential part of the success behind every listing we represent. Working alongside his wife, Raquel Zapata, at 1 Step Ahead Realty Group, LLC, William plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the brokerage. He is the person behind the scenes making sure all the odds and ends come together—from logistics and project coordination to property preparation and strategic problem-solving.

William has also completed a Home Inspector’s course, giving him additional knowledge in property systems, structural components, and home condition assessments. This expertise allows him to identify opportunities, spot potential concerns early, and help ensure every home is market-ready.
